Vegetable Noodle Pakora ( my very own dish)

Ingredients
1 packet Maggie noodles
1 medium potato finely chopped
1 medium red onion finely chopped
3 green chilli & 3 stems of coriander ground to paste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 cup besan
1/3 cup peanuts roasted, remove skin and coarsely ground
Oil to deep fry
Make you Maggie –do not add masala. Drain and run under cold water. Let it drain well.
In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well. You will not need to add any water as the batter should be thick.
Heat oil and fry on medium heat for a bit longer than usual so as to cook the potatoes.

Tips:
Chop your potatoes very finely or else you will have raw potatoes in your bite and that will spoil the taste.
Also make the pakora of 1 tsp each so that they aren't too big or else the centre will remain raw.
