I’m Reshma and I live in the most beautiful country of the southern hemisphere, New Zealand. I am based in Auckland city. I enjoy nature and outdoors, I love taking long walks by the beach and bush walks in the great Waitakere Ranges.
I have a corporate job by day and a busy household. I started my Facebook page in August 2011 with the encouragement from my friends to share all my recipes of all the much loved food I served at dinner parties. I also baked a lot of cakes for all my friend’s birthdays, their kid’s birthdays and all their special occasions.
This soon led to me blogging about my journey with cooking and baking.I share some of my own recipes as well as others from various books of the popular chefs and honoured cooks on this blog. I also share some special and interesting moments of my life in my column.
I love both cooking and baking . However baking is my passion, I love baking cakes and decorating them with love. My pleasure is doubled when people enjoy the cake décor and savour them. Now with all the support from family and friends I’ve decided to let the locals indulge in my baked goodies.
