Murg ka shorba

Ingredients
1 chicken drum
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 whole peppercorns
2 cloves
1 inch cinnamon
1 cardamom whole
1 bay leaf
2 cups water
Salt
Pepper
Finely chopped coriander and mint leaves for garnish
Method
Make a bouquet garni of the whole spices.(wrap all the whole spices in a muslin cloth)
Add all the ingredients except the garnish  in a pressure cooker and cook for upto 5 whistles.
Once done allow the pressure to escape before opening the cooker.
Shred the meat from the chicken drum in a separate bowl. Allow the liquid to boil further till the quantity is reduced to ½ quantity. Then remove the bouqet garni and add the shredded meat.
Serve in serving bowl garnish with coriander and a fresh grind of pepper.
Tip
This is about the best medicine for a cold & Flu.
