Chai

Ingredients
1 inch ginger
3 whole peppercorns crushed roughly
2 staks of mint with leaves
1-2 tsp of black tea leaves (depending on how strong you like your tea)
Sugar or equal to taste
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of milk
Method
In saucepan add water, ginger, peppercorns and mint. Bring to a boil and let it simmer till the water is half the original quantity.
Add tea leaves and let it simmer to the desired colour.
Add milk and simmer for another minute.
Strain through a seive .
Serve hot.
Note:
This is very good for the cold, as ginger natural qualities help to fight cold.
