2 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar
a pinch of saffron
3-4 finely choppe pistachios
In a small bowl add some of the warm milk and a pinch of saffron, leave this for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile in a sauce pan boil the millk with sugar.
Add the saffron milk and stir for a few minutes.
Pour the milk into a jug and chill.
Garnish with chopped pistachios
Serve Chilled.
Notes:
This will make 4 small serving or 2 big glasses full. Double the recipe if you need more.
