Aloo Tikki

Ingredients
2 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
½ cup fine breadcrumbs
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin
½ tsp red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Method:
Combine all the above and mix well. Check consistency of the mix, it should be firm.
Make into small balls with 1 tablespoon mixture and flatten a bit to get a perfect round flat patties.
In a fry pan heat oil on medium. Add the tikki and fry in batches so that they are browned evenly on all sides.
Serve with Imli Chutney and enjoy!
