Tandoori Nibbles

Ingredients
375 gms yoghurt
1 tbsp  ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp green chilli  finely chopped
4-5 stems of coriander finely chopped with stem
2 tsp ground roasted cumin
2 tsp ground red chilli
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 lime)
Salt & pepper
Mix these well with a whisk .
2 kg chicken nibbles
Add the marinade to the chicken wings and leave it overnight in the fridge or a minimum of 4 hours.
Pre heat the oven at 200 c and grill for 30-45 minutes till chicken well done and browned.
Serve with wedges of lemon and salad of your choice.
Enjoy!
This is very easy dish and great at a finger food party.
