Yellow rice


Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
Method
Add 1 ½ cup water in a sauce pan, add salt , turmeric and ghee. Let it come to a boil.
Add the rice and cover.  Cook for 15-20 minutes or till the rice the done. Add more water if needed for the rice.
Once cooked run a fork through so that its separated.
Serve with side of your choice.
