Ingredients
2 cups Besan (Chick pea flour)
2 green chilli & few stalks coriander chutney
1 tsp garlic crushed
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
8 slices of Bread
Oil to shallow fry
Method
Add besan, green chilli paste, garlic paste and spices in a bowl. Mix well and add little water at a time, make a thick paste. Set aside for 20 minutes minimum.
Cut 1 slice of bread into 4 pieces each.
In a pan heat oil enough to shallow fry the bread.
Dip the bread pieces into the besan batter. Lay in the oil slowly to not splatter oil on yourself.
Fry both sides till golden. Fry in batches .
Serve with tea.
