Mint Chutney

Ingredients
1/2 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander
2 green chillies
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Method
Grind all the above ingredients in a blender to a fine paste. Add some water if need be but the juice of a lemon should be enough liquid.
Notes:
This can be enjoyed with a plain bread butter sandwich or as dip for your dal vada.
