Makkai & Methi Bhajiyas-my recipe

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of frozen sweet corn kernels
2 ½ besan or split chickpea flour
3 dry whole red chilli
3 green chilli
4 stems of coriander
2 bunches of methi (if small-if using a big bunch use only 1)
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ turmeric powder.
½ tsp roasted and crushed whole dry coriander seeds
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Method
In blender add 2 cups of frozen sweet corn, red chilli, green chilli & coriander . Blend to a coarse paste.
Remove this paste in a bowl add the remaining half cup corn kernels, besan, dry spices and garlic paste and mix well.
Heat oil on medium heat, once hot drop teaspoonful  batter in oil and fry till golden brown.
Remove and serve with sauce of your choice.
